Help with my ipod shuffle?

I have a 2nd generation ipod shuffle. I was just downloading songs a few days ago and i synced my ipod with those new songs. the next day, after using my ipod for a while, it went dead. so i synced it, but it wouldnt sync. it wont even show on my computer that its connected and it wont show up on itunes. its like its not even connected. what happened? i've already tried reinstalling it, but that didnt work...

Go to an apple agent in your area. If there's any problem and if it's under a warranty you will get a new replacement.

make sure the battery is charged up and not totally drained. Try a reset or restore on the Ipod. Try the reset first as the restore will erase everything on the shuffle but at least you will get it working again. YOu do a search for a shuffle reset on google or at the apple site and it will tell how to do it. Youtube should have some videos also.
