Help with my ipod touch?

I have an ipod touch and when i am in itunes and click on "my ipod touch" or whatever it shows all the tabs but the tab that is supposed to be there that says "applications" (where i sync the applicationsi download) is not there. anyone have any idea how i can fix this ? i already downloaded the new itunes and updated everything. the tab just doesnt show up. please help =[

I recently had the same problem, what the thing is you have to pay 9 dollars for that upgrade for the Ipod Touch.
