Help with my lg shine problem!?

i have an lg shine and i try to send pictures but all my phone says when its sending is internal error 22... and no one gets my pictures. any idea whats wrong with it?

if your data/ internet is blocked, you cant send pics, music, ect. aka mms. so make sure that on your at&t plan that your data/ internet is not blocked
