ok so i have 20 problems and i will give u one to do so i can learn from youre steps.

Write each equation in standard form and slop intercept form.

4x - y-7 =0

plz show me the steps so i can learn how to do it., thank you

first off standard form for a line is...

y = mx + b where m is te slope and b is the y-intercept

ex) y = 2x + 7

slope  = 2 and y-intercept = 7

so, we have to rearrange 4x - y - 7 = 0 into this special form.

1) add y to both sides...

4x - 7 = y

this is the same thing as  y = 4x - 7

this was an easy one. This is now in y = mx + b form.

m = 4 and b = - 7 --------- the slope is 4 and y-int is -7
