Help with my my.yahoo.com home page.?

Question

On my my.yahoo.com homepage, you're supposed to be able to click and drag, but whenever I try to click and drag in the title area exactly how it says to in the tutorial, it simply highlights. How do I fix this?

are you sure you are doing this correct- hold down the right  hand side of mouse and keep it down and drag the   icon or what ever
