Okay so I just got a free months worth of brighthouse cable with the digital video recorder. I know that you can record shows and you can also fast forward, rewind, and pause shows.
Well I was watching the History channel and I got up real quick to get a drink, and when I came back I tried pressing rewind, and this box popped up and said "Your storage is FULL. Your program cannot be recorded now. To make room, delete shows from the show list."
I wasn't trying to record the show, I was simply trying to rewind what I had missed. So I listened to the box and pressed the green "LIST" button.
It turns out that I don't even have any shows on there. I have none whatsoever.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
