Help with my new hair?

Question

I want to get my hair cut.

A little above my shoulders with layers and side bangs.

I also want to die it blonde with dark blonde lowlights and light blonde highlights.

Could some one give me a picture of how this all might look?

(or any other ideas for back to school hair would be nice)

okay this is as close as I could find. The highlights and lowlights are a bit off and the lady looks kind of old but I hope this is what you are looking for.
