any ideas for my last pokemon and can someone please tell me what to improve on and give me a rating out of 10

Awsome team so far.

But for Charizard get rid of the move Sunny Day and replace it with a better move.

For your final Pokemon have a Dragonite.

-It's the strongest Pokemon in Kanto

-Hard to defeat

-Doesnt have many weaknesses

-Can learn almost every move

um WTF pikachu? they sooo suck you could have at least evolved it ! change your lapras's sing to hydro pump, change the lucarios extreme speed to earthqake or dragon pulse or close combat change your sceptiles brick break to leaf storm, change the charizards sunny day to haet wave y did u delete that move because heat wave is the best move that charizards learn and change pikachu to a betyter electric type like electivire and teach it earthquake thunderbolt thunder and fire punch/ thunder punch, and for your last team member i would say you need a dragon type so get a dragonite/ rayuquaza and teach it ice beam outrage draco meteor and dragon pulse. and the rating for now would be 7 and the rating for if you did what i sed would be 9 oh or you could change your lapras to a better water type like feraligator they are sooo good and then teach it ice beam hydro pump superpower and crunch

ok 8/10 .get an electriwire instead of pikachu and for your last pokemon go with garchomp.your lapras looks good and so does sceptile and charizard.pretty good team overall

A Metagross - A good steel pokemon, with some awesome moves. A real powerhouse to your team, raise him to level 100. (Although I doubt you raised these pokemon without a cheat system ^_^)

He HAS to have the Meteor Mash move...

To improve, I would replace the Lapras with either a Blastoise or a Empoleon.

Also, try to replace one with a Dragonite/Gyradose/Powerful dragon type... So it can learn the powerful move that you can get in FireRed/LeafGreen. it's from the women where you get Frenzy Plant for Venesaur, etc.

8/10, lose sunny day for charizard, teach Pikachu Thunder, and keep going - Nice Team...

(I've tuned it so I never lost a battle!)

Charizard, get rid of Sunny day and replace it with fly as basic STAB move. Then redo your sceptile - here is what I use for mine and what really works -

                                       Sceptile

                                Item - Leftovers

                                          

                                      -Leech Seed

                                      -Substitute

                                      -Energy Ball

                                      -Dragon Pulse

Heres what you do - Leech seed your opponent straight away, then, on your next turn, use substitute. The opposing pokemon can now not hit you, and your draining its health, aswell as attacking with a STABBED energy ball or for other pokemon resistant to grass - Dragon Pulse. Every time your enemy kills your substitute, use subsiture again (No need to worry about it taking a quarter of your health each time you use it, as leftovers and leech seed will have healed it the same turn)

There - That tactic will terribly annoy your opponent, aswell as ensuring a long life for your sceptile, and alot of damadge to the enemy's team.

P.S - Replace Lapras's Sing for a Hydro Pump, Evolve your Pikacu, and replace lucarios Focus Blast (Or force Palm) for Blaze Kick.
