I am 17 years old, and all though i never really put on weight and seem to stay slim, i'd like to tone up. So here's the first question...
What's the best exercise i can do at home to tone up my stomach, arms, and thighs?
I'm also trying to cut out all the energy drinks and sweets i tend to love. But i've done this in the past as my face has lots of spots. They cover up fine with make up, but no matter what i can not get rid of them. Does drinking lots of water really help?
And lastly, is there anything that you can get to take the redness away from pale skin? I don't want to use fake tan, but is there anything out there to make your pale skin a more even skin tone?
