Help with my sound? :(?

Question

ok well whenever I play music from my speakers [which ihave to plug in 2 the laptop] its like this echo sort ov sound :S? i cant really explain it :S and when i put my earfones in, just to llisten 2 music without the speakers or something, it echo:S
