Help with my starbucks application?

After asking for you phone number it asks Referred By, what do I put there if I wasn't referred by anyone?

and the question

Describe a specific situation where you have provided excellent customer service in your most recent position. Why was this effective?

I haven't had a job before and I don't know what to put there

and for my references, can I out my friends? and it also asks for their address, do I have to put that their? and I dont know my teachers numbers and etc

On referred by write:   Sing on store or Advertising on newspaper ____?

They want to know how did you find out about the position, Who told you they were hiring. if you asked an employee then said "walked in store"

On the question about customer service you could answer based on any volunteer work experience that you might have, including church work, school work. have you ever served meals to the poor on thanksgiving or have you ever helped others, baby sitting ? etc.

Just say that even though your only employee experience has been as a volunteer you have had enough opportunities to provide excellent customer service, and say how you did it.

For your references put the parents of your friends name, is always better to put adults who can speak good about you.
