Help with my starting lineup!!!?

which 5 pitchers should i choose to start next week(starting on monday) I have johan Santana, darrell rasner, matt cain, jorge campillo, mike mussina, hong-chih kuo, and jesse litsch on my team?

Kou is actually a reliever but you might want to start him. He will get a few innings over the week.

Johan, Cain, Mussina, Litch, and either Rasner or Kuo.

It would help to tell us who they are facing. But just based on value, I would start Johan Santana, Jorge Campillo, Jesse Litsch, Kuo, and Rasner.
