Help with my tv??

Question

i have optimum cable box for 1 tv. But yesterday, a technician came and i think he linked both t.v's. but the channels only go upto channel 79. today none of the channels are working and i need to put channel 7 but the screen is black. there are only channels 6, 8,16,20 but the screen turns black. How can the tv work??

i tried calling optimum but no one os coming. plz help!!

Post your full name, street address, and telephone number, and the number to call your cable provider and I'll call them for you and ask them to fix your problem! lol

Really, no one here can fix this for you. Tell your provider to fix it or pull the equipment, 'cause you are not paying for it. The cable provider has the obligation to properly install your service.
