  1. HiT iT AS HARD AZ U CAN..!!

    PRACTiCE PRACTiCEE!

  2. Tip #1:  Practice first without throwing the ball up into the air.

Just set the ball in your other hand and try to hit it over the net a few times.  Many problems on the serve stem from hitting the ball too late.

Tip #2:  Work on those arm muscles....  power and arm strength :)

Tip #3:  Observe other people's serving styles and experiment.

Can't tell you more without actually seeing how you are serving the ball.  In general, it's all about practice.

  3. I like to cup my hand and hit the ball when my arm is directly above me. I also like to take a step. and if you are playing competitive volleyball serve from the middle of the court that way if it curves it still goes inbounds.

  4. try jumping higher? make sure you hit it on the ball of your hand, you probably already now that though. just keep practicing!

  5. make sure ur throwong it high enough...and swing fast...build up ur arm muscle....

  6. Make sure you try to serve flat handed. I used to serve with a fist, i could hit it harder, but flat is more accurate and if you practice it will be as good as fist. Make sure you hit it with that bone on the bottom of your hand, not your fingers. (duh)  Maybe try throwing it up higher. If you hit the ball when its too low, it will go too low. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! >_<

  7. "Aim" a little higher... by tossing the ball a little more over your head so that you would have to "shoot it into the air". It is not recommended for adult, but for younger players there is no other choice.

Swing harder with a thorough follow thru. You want to keep your body weight on your right foot (if you are right-hand hitter) when tossing, and move your body weight to your left foot during and after the serve.

  8. Increase you rarm strength.  If you have the correct form as you say, then you just need more strength.  Start lifting weights, before you know it you will be sinking them over the net!

Or if that doesn't work you could always try a jump serve.
