  1. There are lots of dresses that I have seen that would fit the style you are looking for.

  2. Have you thought about making it yourself or having a seamstress make it for you.  Look for a tailor or alterations shop or go to a drycleaners that does alterations.  They might be able to give you some names of people.  Or, try vintage or antique shops.  In the 1980's there was a brand of dress called "Gunne Sax" they were very pretty and modest, too.  Perhaps you could find something in that brand.

  3. Just answered a similar question... but it depends how modest you need it to be?  Do you have more specifics?  Ie, can you wear lace or does it need to be non-see through?  Do you want a full ball gown or a soft flowing one?  Does it need to be high in the neck and back or  can you show a bit more?  Do the sleeves need to cover just the shoulders or your whole arm?

This question will give you links to lots of good sites to check out...

  4. Have you try David's Bridal?  Go go their website and go through their collection.  They have a lot of variety to choose from.  If you found something you like on line...write down the style#..and book an appointment with them.  Usually, they are very nice and patient with the customer.

  5. Go to www.shellyleppertdesigns.com. They have some gowns with sleeves and at great prices. They get gowns in all the time so tell them what you are looking for if you don't see one on the website.
