Is there a code to like enable clickage on your top friends on your profile?

Anyway, I suppose if it's a hyperlink for each of the profile view links then you could try

<a href="<the Url that it lionks to>" disabled>view profile</a>

or if it's a button

<input type="button" value="view profile" onclick="window.open("<URL of file>" disabled>
