Help with nintendo events?

Is there any way to get the legendary pokemon other than gameshark or actually going to a nintendo event? Thanks!

Some "events" come from other games, like the Ranger Manaphy, Battonage Darkrai (ranger 2), and certain others. Other than the common in-game legendaries, there are very few that don't require an event.
