Help with nokia N91?

Question

now there is this stupid problem disturbing me from quite a while now. i have nokia n91 and the problem is that wenever i connect the phone with usb wire to the computer i get this error CANNOT INSTALL THIS HARDWARE - there was a problelm installing this hardware nokia n91 usb fone parent fatal error occured during installation

the usb thing was working fine a few days ago but all of a sudden this prob struck. i also used some other fone to c whether the prob persisted with my fone only ........ but the thing also happned on other fone ----i mean i got same error

i had updated the pc suite just to check whether it worked but even after updating i cud not connect

wot is the problem plzzzz help

is this possible that the antivirus(NOD 32) is causing this ???

me too having same problem. i uninstalled the pc suite and cable connectivity driver from the pc. Thereafter i installed the old version of pc suite that came alongwith the cd. the nokia n91 got connected immediately. i think the new version of pcsuite 7082 is not compatible with n91. let me know if other solution is found.

Follow this procedure:

Disconnect your phone from the pc if connected.

Uninstall Pc suite( then restart the PC)  and install again Nokia PC Suite

then connect the phone and try again.

Also uninstall the nokia connectivity cable driver in the add/remove programs in cpanel

nod32 is not realted

Try working it on another computer that is available and if it doesn't work, call Nokia and ask them for a refund or one of the Nokia repair shops nearby you and also bring your RECEIPT just incase they ask for it
