does anyone know where u can take a free online creative writing cours where u acctually get marked and every thing

Nope.  If you find one, share it with the rest of us.  Really though, someone is going to share their knowledge, read what you write, edit and critique it, grade it, and then not get paid for their services??  Maybe if you have a similar service to offer them, but I doubt it will happen just out of the goodness of someone's heart.
