Help with oral assessments

How can I get this program http://qm.riosalado.edu/Resources/Wimba for_Students to work on my computer for oral assessments to record/playback for my Spanish course. Can someone help me all it does is: connect server, initialize and stops at initializing. Can someone please help me?

Contact your district's Information Technology department and try posting in another section (Computers and Internet).  This section is for Special Education, which is about educating individuals with disabilities.
