  1. a pale brown/tan/sandy color...would make the furniture pop out...but if u use a bright red..your pillows would also pop too.and red also goes with all the oter colors u hav...but if u want the room to be abstract try a soft bright green or a lime green or the inside of an avacado type green...even a bright yellow would work for abstract

  2. Maybe a tan? I recommend getting some color samples at your local home depot or ? Bring these home and see which one works the best for you. Definetly get something netural to bring all the other colors together.

  3. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think "golden rule" (# 6383) would be a terrific wall color with the navy couch.

You can also take a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.
