Help with panasonic ct-z1410

Question

The problems is that the Tv is in short, I´m not sure but the horizontal transistor BU2506DF is in parallel with a lithe transformer o coil TLH15412, I think this is in short because It´s measure is almost 1 Ohm. Maybe you could tell me what another thing to do to solve the [e-mail]
