Help with paying phone bill?

is there anyone that would happen to know where i can get some help with paying my phone bill this is my regular phone not my cell phone. I have tried that Modest Needs place but they turn me down three times i would really appeciate it if someone knows where i can get some help?

Have you contact with the networking supplier to confirm it is workable or not.  Try to approach time and solve it as I do have a feeling when you have your favourite phone.

You need to contact the phone company, explain your situation and see if they will let you work out a payment plan. You should not expect help with this as it is your responsibility to use your phone within your financial means.

I would also suggest you limit your use of the phone.
