Help with paypal refund due to scam..?

I bought a karate uniform for $64 on this site 2 days ago:

nothing has been shipped, and although it said free shipping and handling, they charged me for fedex 2nd day. lol

however it seems to be a scam now, because of little details in my email receipt. I dialed the number and some lady said it was wrong number, and a lot of "wrong numbers" have called them. It seems to be a personal phone. soooo I know paypal already gave them money.. I need to get it back!! How can i do that?

You need to file a complaint through Paypal.

Hold on here there are several things about your question that don't follow.  First one is how PayPal got into the equation?  Was this from an Ebay account?

2nd is that they said free shipping and handling, but believe me that definitely didn't include FedEx next day.  USPS Priority Mail 2 days perhaps but not FedEx.  

And the third part of the equation is if the PayPal account still shows pending, than you can not file a dispute until it is complete. I know not the answers you want to hear.

File a report (open a case) under the Resolution tab inside of your paypal account.

contact paypal and tell them what you told us....

paypal loves to s***w over the seller and favor the buyer in these matters....
