I'm 16 and usually when I get my period it doesn't hurt much.. but today it was soo horrible I almost fainted. This happened only once before, and I was wondring if it was my diet that has been causing this. Are there any vitamins etc that I should have more of in my diet to prevent this from happening? I ate hot soup today and it stopped, almost completely but by that time the pain had mostly subsided.
