  1. get a corn snake. They grow to 4-6 ft. Love to be held since there cold blooded and were warm. At petstores there around $40. It eats pinkies though so at least there dead, frozen and not furry mice.

  2. Ball python!!

  3. ball python

  4. you always could get a female ball python...they get up to about 7-8 feet males are 6-7 but females like to move around and explore....just leave it alone when its eating cause thats how my other 2 bit me on the same hand at once =]

  5. i think a corn snake would be the perfect pet for you it can grow 4 to 6 ft it like to be handle and is active.the only thing is that they ate mices but you can give frozen mices that you thaw. you can buy frozen mices at the pet shop, its better not give live mices.they are eazy to care for.and you can find some that fits perfectly in your budjet.

  6. Corn snake or rat snake.

And why not mice? Just order them online and have them shipped to your house.

  7. I say corn snake or gopher snake. I have a corn and he's awesome, very sturdy, and healthy. My bio teacher had a gopher snake in her room for years, he lived a good long life and had no temper or anything.

  8. If your parents let you breed lizards, I don't understand why you'd have a hard time convincing your parents for a snake. Most snakes won't mind being held if they're used to handling. I hope your budget doesn't include his tank etc.

  9. ball pythons are great mine loves to be handled and under a hundred dollars the one problem you might have is that they eat mice and rats or gerbils if you live that far from the pet shop you can order them on line and get them in bulk its easy and great i love my ball python
