Help with phpbb for forum site?

I dont know anything about phpbb except you can make a forum with it, i found a host that supports phpbb but do i have to know a programming language or are there visual tools for this, like a frontpage kind of program but for phpbb?

  1. For phpBB 3 you need (a) php 4 or 5 support and (b) a MySQL database. If your web host supports both these than all you have to do is to upload the whole set of phpBB files and then follow the instructions in running the installer. It will ask you to input the essential bits of info and then you're away.
