Help with picking a good university?

Question

I just finished my GCE A levels with 5 As (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Pure maths) n over 90% in every subject...but now im not so sure where to go...Im looking for a good university abroad (I'm from bangladesh) which is well known for engineering and offers good scholarships and/or financial aid. I'm planning on giving SAT 1 n 2 as well next month. Any help would be appreciated!

My dad went to North Carolina university and he is a civil engineer. Hmm maybe Cal Tech would be a good choice too
