Help with picture :S?

this picture is 401x268 could anyone make it to 760x40 ?

Ok this how you do it follow my instructions and you will get this done real quick:

1, Click on link

2. Right click on the picture and choose to 'save picture as'

3. Open the programme called 'paint'

4. Once on paint click file then open

5. Find the picture, open

6. Click on image > attributes

7. Change the size in the boxes to 760 x 40, then click ok

8. Then save

Then thats all done.

you could try to edit through flickr tools picnik, though what your asking is either to crop cut off top.bottom of image and lengthen, or scrunch image out of shape, you may be best to edit to your needs as is,

You do know that 760x40 is 19 times taller than wide!!
