Help with pimples and self esteem?

i have a self esteem problem and i don't have a lot of confidence.

i want clear skin by the time school starts and i still have pimples.

if i use Neutrogena's oil free acne wash twice a day, will it make my acne go away in about 2-4 weeks?

i have tried everything..honestly

  1. use that, and also use 'neutrogena rapid clear acne defense face lotion' twice a day and 'neutrogena rapid clear acne eliminating spot gel' at night. no makeup. you'll see real results in a week!!!!

    stress also causes spots so just relax they will go

    you can also go see a doctor and get some medicated face wash

  3. Drink a lot of water, and don't wash your face so much. Seriously, it is important to wash your face at night, but in the morning just use water-no soap. Drying out your skin TOO much is just as bad as having oily skin. Be sure you are using a light moisturizer as well. If you increase your water intake, you will notice a big different right away, and cutting back on sodas (to one a day or less) will also help. Shoot for at least 8-8oz. glasses of water a day, even try to get up to 10 glasses. That's what cleared up my acne.

  4. The best way is to use the wash and also DIET! Do not eat any junk, eat lots of salads and fish like tuna, eat lots of yogurt and fruit for snacks, stay away from chips and candy and anything with a lot of salt or sugar. Lay off the meat, and fast food. No Taco Bell, no MacDonalds, no Burger King.If you go to these places, order the salad. Eat lean chicken and fish and LOTS of veggies, drink a lot of water, NO SODA!

    Your skin will clear up, what you put in your body shows on the outside.

  5. Ive had problems with my skin for about 5 years now. I always just thought that it was just cos i was growing up and stuff but recently i found out that milk and chocolate make my skin worse.

    Try drinking lots of water and cut out the junk food and eat fresh fruit as a snack instead. Ive also found that greasy food does not do my skin much good.

    Carry on using the face wash, it might help your skin as it will wash away dirt etc. always wash your face twice a day, use a good moisturiser (if you have oily skin use an oil control one) and never sleep with make up on
