Help with possible job interview question!!?

Question

I was indicated I would be asked during my job interview what I would like to be doing in about three years from now on. I have no idea what I could answer.

Funny thing about that is, I want that job so much. And I hope I will be working for the same employer by that time...

Does someone know a good answer?
