Help with prank calling.....?

is there a number that i can call that is like the police but can get someone in trouble? if u know what i mean......

depends what country you are in, most service providors have a nusience and harrasment centre, if you call their free call number they will be able to help you from there

If there is a number you can use programs online(some you have to pay to use) and you can trace that person's number.

It will then give their name and address along with any other public information.

If the number is blocked there are certain things you can buy for your phone there something called a detracer( i forgot) and it re traces the persons blocked number and gives you the number.

Or you can call your phone company and they can make to where your phone won't accept blocked numbers.

Though this alternative kinda sucks cause' if you have a relative in jail it won't accept their call.
