Last week, my brother let me use his phone for a few days and while I was using it I sent away an entry to promotional iPod contest.

The contest involved buying a bottle of water and sending a code to coca-cola. I bought the water and the call credit for the phone. The contest was won and an iPod is on the way. Should my brother keep the iPod or should I?
