Help with psi ball?

I try to make one.... but my energy only comes out of the right hand, and my left hand sucks the energy back up. it just flows out one hand, and into the other.

how can i make the energy stay between my hands?

how do i make my left hand stop taking in the energy, so that the energy will stay in the middle to form a ball ?
