Help with psp slim power board?

hi i ordered a psp slim power board from 4dp that was pre soldered and on the clip there is a black tab that u lift on mine but there is no black tab on the one that he gav me. will it still work????

this is what you do.

you take your old one out

you put the new one in

you turn it on

if it doesnt work, then it doesnt work

the fact that you see the tab says that its already opened..

10 seconds of work would have answered your question.
