Help with putting pictures on my computer

I have three picture cds from walmart the first two are pictures from a disposable camera i was able to put those on my comuter. the one i am having problems with are pictures i got put on a cd at walmart from a cellphone but i cant put the pitures from the cd on my computer

You email them from your cell then right click and 'save as...'

   The walmart cd should be saved in like photo parade or something  but you can check the options and save it into your photos.
