Help with really bad cramps?

ok i only got my first period on like july 25. now i have itg again for the second time and got it yesterday so i got it 30 days later. but anyway i have ike the worst cramps! is this normal for someone only getting there period for the second cycle? o and i took advil but its not helping, what can i do to stop the pain

How long ago did you take the advil? I recommend laying down with a heating pad. Also, you can lay on your back on the ground, with your arms out, and twist your legs to one direction. That is a good pose to relieve cramps.
