Help with removing links from a Calvin Klein...

I bought a CK-K4323112 ladies watch from a good online dealer but I cant find anyone who can remove the links!!!!
I have taken this watch to two jewellers and they have tried to tap(v. hard too)the links out with no success!!!

I dont see any arrows either on the strap???

Any ideas??
