Help with replacing face in video with picture?

How would you take a regular video and replace the face with a picture of yourself?

- open a video editing app

- on the portion where the face needs replacing, break-up the video into single frames

- replace the face thru photo editing app like Photoshop

- edit the video- drag/drop each frame to timeline

Caution:

there are normally 30 frames per second for a video, so for a 5 min video, there are 'about' 150 frames. Assuming 80% replacement, 120 frames need to be edited.
