I was just wondering if anyone has some report writing tips they could offer!?
This is my situation - I work in an insurance assessing company and everyday I write reports to insurance companies and provide updates on the progress of their insured's claim. The problem is, nearly every report sounds the same.
Also, I sometimes get stuck on how to write things to make it sound professional. Does anyone know of any info / websites / books etc that could help me with this?
