Help with ringtone!!!!For Cell phone?

I have a At&t cell phone with no internet on my phone just in case I wanna get some ringtones in my phone but I have tried phonezoo.com and only download's to my computer not my phone.I need a free ringtone website's plz if u know if I am doing something wrong with phonezoo.com

without Internet for AT&T is not possible.

the best and only free site that works.

if you can, get internet, it is not so much.

your cell phone might only be polyphonic ( flute sound) tone compatible
