Help with ringtones on the pantech duo?

Question

so, i actually got the pantech duo back in feburary and such, and i've put music on it already. but, i don't have the internet on my phone, so it's impossible just to get the ringtones off the internet. which sucks. but anyway. that chord thing that attaches to the computer - i just found that. and i want to put ringtones on it. but when i go to sounds to change my sound for when someone calls or texts, it's not there. how to i get it so the ringtones are on my phone and actually work?
