  1. Good greif! Don't worry about loosing weight. There are some factors that need to be considered such as your age, gender, and how long you have been running. Just be staisfied that you are running instead of turning into a fat tub of goo! Have fun running. Don't make it a chore or you will burn out and loose interest. I run all the time and rarely worry about time. I just run because it feels good.

  2. running will help you lose weight.....running is the only way to run faster

  3. Yep finding people to run with will help.  But just like that other person said, running is the only thing to help you with running.  The more you do a thing, the better/more efficient at it you become.

  4. just keep running over the summer, maybe go to a running camp to improve

    my friend ran about 8:50

and she joined our track team and now she runs like 6:30

so run and find track workouts to do

    & that should help

lossing weight will come with running and if you don't it means your muscles are building up which is good and will make you run faster

  5. u dont need to lose weight...and it wont help, it will make u slower with less energy

  6. To make your speed faster, run short-distance sprints and stuff like that. And no, losing weight won't help. I agree with that Emily person.
