Help with searching for liscense plate number?

I was camping with a guy and i met a friend, but he was arrested...hehe...so i never got his myspace url/last name? so i was wondering if someone could use his liscense # to get the last name. the number is 900243 and it is a chevy truck. :D he lives in fond du lac.

Sorry.  That is not possible by civilians.  That prevents many crazy guys from stalking women, and sometimes crazy women from stalking guys.

the rules are there for your protections too.

WHAT?  And you want to date him??  Anyway, arrest records are public.  So you can find the arrest record and find him.  But that will give the guy a reason to believe you are a nut case.
