Help with sending photos from my phone via email?

Hi I wondered if anyone can help. I have a SGH-E250, and have a picture on it that I would like to send via email. When I try to send I receive a message advising 'Email Network Fail'. Any ideas on how to fix this so I can send picture? Thanks.

Oh Dear using a cellphone to send that picture via email, you must need to have an email address of your cellphone. this email address is enhanced to you thru your provider. so if your provider didn't activate this kind of service into your phone, then you need to contact your provider for further assistance.
