Help with severe menstrual cramps?

I get severe cramps when I'm on my period.

I've tried just about every pill that would help.

But didn't do a thing to help.

Any tips would be great.

  1. heating pads

i also take a hard pillow or if you dont have a hard one wrap a few towes together and lay on your stomach and put the pillow under your stomach where your cramping to put pressure on it and it tends to help a bit

  2. When I get menstrual cramps. I take a cool shower and then try yoga. It helps to calm my nerves and give me an easier flow.

If you think that yoga with bore you, try it with someone else.

For example, My bf does it with me. And I love it.

    You should try it.

  3. i tried detoxing... look for the woman cleanse

    www.dherbs.com

mine were so bad i would stay home from school.

it worked, and everyone tells me my skin looks great now.

hope it helps you. its sorta like yoga, right

  4. GET ON BIRTH CONTROL THAT WILL HELP

  5. I know this sounds strange but it works for me, so I think it is worth a shot. Eat bread, take a pill, drink ginger-ale, and take a nap.

(idk why but bread really does help)

and the heating pad works miracles
