  1. I had the exact same problem. What I did was this:

Stay awake for 2 days. Hard but yes had to do. When you sleep after 2 days I garuntee you'll wake up after 12 hours of sleep then you can continue that pattern.

Or you could try sleeping pills ;/

  2. that's awesome.  I wish I could sleep like that.  Use the extra time to get an edge on the rest of us.

  3. You need to get "tired" physically. Start exercising at 20:00 till 21:00 and then watch a movie or something like that until 12:00. Then you will see that you will need sleep. If this doesn't work, try to stay awake for 24 hours and the next day do not sleep early. This will help you to sleep more easily the next night and get used of that time. Try also to have a social life. This will help you decrease stress and will "set" again your internal clock that sends you to bed! Generally people without social life and interests have this problem because it resembles an isolation situation. Experiments have indicate that people in isolation tend to change their sleeping hours and "extend" the duration of the day sometimes to a "28" hour day.

  4. don't nap,

    satisfy your belly ^_^

It takes a while for your body to get accustomed.

sleep a little earlier every day and wake too.

  5. I use to have a very hard time sleeping as well. The best thing to do is to go to bed at around the same time everyday and wake up at the same time every day. Try and do something relaxing before you sleep. Also try really hard to stay awake longer that 8 or 9 pm.  I do not recommend sleeping pills. From my own personal experience, I use to take Ambien. I was addicted to it. But I was doing strange things during the night and knew I had to come off of the stuff. It took awhile but now I sleep with no assistance. The first few nights I did you valium to help calm me down to sleep as recommended by my doctor.

  6. try listening to soothing music real low it helps me .
