Help with sleeping pills.?

okay so every summer i end up sleeping at 4-5 am and waking up at 2.. and school starts tomorrow so i have no idea what to do. i was thinking about using sleeping pills but if they last 8-10 hours, i feel like that'll be way too long do you guys know anything that has the same effect but with less hours i need to dedicate to sleeping ? also, it would help if they weren't perscription. thanks

  1. If you are over 18 then I would say you could get some tylenol pm or advil pm. They are both for mild sleep readjustment issues. I use advil pm for when I am having minor pain like headache or backache at the time I am going to bed. They aren't very expensive and give you just enough to get you off to sleep. Just read the labels and make sure of what you are taking.


  2. Benadryl works good for me it's the same ingredient in most OTC sleeping aids but is cheaper.

    I have to take it at school makes me very drowsy. I think realistically it lasts for about 5 hours. 1 to 3 should help, take about 30min. before bed.
