I heard it while painting in a ceramics studio today. What I remember is that the main lyrics were:

It was upbeat and I remember hearing it played on the radio a lot 3-5 years ago. It is a woman singing.

It is not by Hilary Duff, Toni Braxton or Nicola. (I google searched too, lol)
