Help with song name and singer/s!?

Okay this is going to sound weird but anyway.

I've been trying to find a name or a song and band.

I can't remember any of the lyrics.

But I remember the music video..

It had like a man with black hair singing and it had like all these girls dancing around, wearing underwear.

It looked like it was kind of in a classroom from what I can remember.

Any help would be appreciated, youtube links names of songs whatever.

It might be Teenagers by my chemical Romance thats set in a school,and the lead singer has black hair in the video.is it a recent song or an old one?
